Calburns is for general wellness and fitness information only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no unlawful activity, harassment, attempts to break security, reverse engineering where prohibited, or interference with other users or our services.

4. Content and data

You retain rights to content you submit (e.g. logs, notes). You grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Exports and sharing

You may generate exports such as CSV lists or GPX route files from your logged sessions. You choose what to share outside the app.

Coach-oriented summaries are informational only and do not create a professional coaching relationship with us.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. GPS, calorie, and other estimates are approximate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will indicate a new effective date in the app and on this page when practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
